Refund policy

We operate a 30-day return policy, which means that you can request a return within 30 days of purchasing an item.

The item is eligible for return only if it is in the same condition as when you received it, it must not have been worn or used, it must have price tags or labels attached, and it must be in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase - a handwritten invoice included in the package with the ordered products.

If we accept your return request, you will receive a request to send the goods to the operator's registered office address. Return delivery is the customer's responsibility. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or the wrong item so we can assess the issue and rectify the situation.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. These include perishable goods (food, cut flowers, plants, etc.), custom products (custom orders, personalized items, etc.), and personal care products (cosmetics, etc.). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.

Unfortunately, we also do not accept returns of sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
If you want to receive your desired item as quickly as possible, please return the item you have and make a separate purchase of the new item once the return is received.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period in the European Union
Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the goods are delivered to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without giving any reason. As stated above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, must not have been worn or used, must have price tags or labels attached and must be in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase. (as per the information above)

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned goods, we will notify you of the approval or disapproval of your refund. If approved, your money will be automatically refunded within 10 business days via your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card issuer to process and post the refund.
